Stickwork Challenge from Coach Farrell

Calling all Haddonfield Girls Lacrosse Players!!

 

Join us for our 1st FEBRUARY STICK WORK CHALLENGE!

 

Now is the time to pick up your sticks and get ready for the season ahead. 

All you have to do is this:

  • Find a wall, a bounce back or a friend
  • Count each successful catch and throw (don't count drops)
  • Use your right and left hands
  • Record your reps each time by using the link below

Player Spotlight Wayden Ay HMHS 2019 and Georgetown Commit

Here is another spotlight on Wayden Ay HMHS 2019 who committed early to Georgetown. Over the course of the season, we will continue to highlight HYLC and HMHS lacrosse players. Outlook for 2017 HS season? “I will be returning after missing half of my freshman season due a shoulder injury. I plan to focus on improving little technical skills and become more of an offensive threat.”
